Articulated geriatric bed with fixed height consisting of an articulated base with viscoelastic mattress, headboard-footboard set and a set of two handrails. The articulated bed has four planes of movement that are activated electrically by means of the cable control, which is easy and intuitive to use, and it also has a rear hook for easy positioning anywhere. The bed has 4 adjustable legs that adjust to four different heights. The two-layer mattress combines a highly breathable HR foam core with a top layer of viscoelastic thermo-sensitive foam that provides a comfortable rest. It is protected by a non-flammable bi-elastic polyester cover with a fire retardant polyurethane coating. In addition, the cover is waterproof, antibacterial and antifungal. The mattress is easy to unzip thanks to the zip positioned on the back of the mattress, away from the edges to avoid injury to the person sleeping on the mattress. The zip is protected by a flap to prevent liquids from penetrating inside the mattress. The headboard and footboard are bolted to the structure and the rails are equipped with a locking and unlocking system. This geriatric articulated bed is available in sizes 90x190 and is recommended for people weighing up to 140 kg.
