Shipping Policy

At Pikolin.com/en we work every day to bring you a better delivery service. Most of our products come with free shipping and assembly included. We want to make sure that your purchase is delivered correctly. Therefore, we will regularly update you on the status of your order and we will get in touch with you to schedule a delivery date that best suits you.

We have two types of shipping:

  • Orders delivered by standard shipping are delivered to your home and placed in the room you specify.
  • Products with express shipping are delivered to your property’s access gate or dropped off curbside, provided that these are the only products included in the order. Orders with roll-up mattresses from the PikUp or Seaqual sets, cot mattresses and pillows and all accessories, Pikolin Home products.

How to know the brand of your order?

At pikolin.com/en we have products from two different brands Pikolin and Pikolin Home. We have many things in common and one of them is that we offer free shipping on most of our products.

In addition, we also collaborate with the brand MiCuna, a specialist in baby products.

Each brand is responsible for the logistics of their products, so it is most common for them to have different estimated shipping times.

To identify which brand a product belongs to, just go to the product page and look at the brand name that appears below the description.

Shipping Pikolin Products

The shipping of Pikolin products includes assembly, collection of your old item and safe home delivery. We want the whole process to be perfect, which is why we will contact you to schedule a delivery date that best suits you. Bear in mind that there are different estimated delivery times based on the area where you live.

Detailed below are the shipping, assembly and collection costs depending on the delivery area and order amount.

Shipping and delivery conditions

  • Orders delivered by the Pikolin logistics service are delivered to your home and placed in the room you specify.
  • Products with express shipping are delivered to your property’s access gate or dropped off curbside, provided that these are the only products included in the order. These orders are for cot mattresses, boxed mattresses and pillows provided that they are purchased on their own.

Assembly conditions

All our bases come with assembly included. 

Conditions for the removal of used items

If you need us to take your old base, we will, but it must be similar to the one you just bought. We do not offer a disassembly service; it is a collection service. You must dismantle your base for us to take it away. We do not take wooden furniture or bases.

Free collection of the old product is included when the products are not delivered by express delivery. A mattress or base equivalent to what you just bought will be removed. 

Important notice

For us to be able to deliver your new product to your home, collect an old item if requested or to assemble a storage base, you must take into account the dimensions of the product you just purchased, especially if it is bulky. You must ensure that our staff can pass through the necessary access points until collection, delivery or assembly. You can check the product’s size on the product details page. You must also dismantle the old product so that we can remove it.

Estimated shipping time

Pikolin shipping times vary depending on the products you buy; if you only buy products with express delivery, your order will arrive in 48/72 hours. If you purchase any products with standard shipping, they will be delivered to you according to the standard shipping times unless you request otherwise. No home deliveries are made on weekends.

Shipping Pikolin Home products

PIKOLIN HOME products will be delivered between 24 hours and three business days, depending on the buyer’s address. The delivery time for the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands ranges from 7 to 12 working days. Bear in mind that under no circumstances do we deliver products on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping Micuna products

Micuna will send all the products purchased to the delivery address provided by the customer in the space enabled for such purpose during the order confirmation process. The maximum delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. The orders will be delivered to the customer through the courier or delivery company designated by Micuna. The cot assembly service is not included (provided at street level). Shipping is available for Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping is not available for the Canary Islands.

Colour tones

In items made of natural woods, small differences in tone may appear. In the furniture, slight variations in tone, typical of the woods used, must be accepted. We deliver single pieces, so we cannot guarantee the colour matches with others previously delivered.

Return, Cancellation and Exchange Policy

At pikolin.com, you are able to return your order within 30 calendar days after the delivery of your order (with the exception of Pikolin Home's and Micuna's products, which are 14 days). The return and cancellation conditions vary slightly across the two brands. Next, we will explain it in detail. You can also consult the legal conditions of our return policy. Pikolin reserves the right to add a surcharge to the return for cleaning the product if it has been unpackaged or damaged after its delivery.

Remember we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange one product for another, you must process a return and then place a new order.

Cancellations and returns of Pikolin branded products

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours as of the purchase. Mattresses with express delivery cannot be cancelled.

Once an order is cancelled, we will proceed to refund the money through the payment method used in the purchase by the customer, within a period of no more than 7 days as of the cancellation of the order.

For express delivery products or if more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase, you must process a return through our contact form.

Returns

You are able to return a Pikolin product within 30 calendar days following the receipt of the order. Pikolin reserves the right to charge 10 euros for shipping costs.  Once the product has been received at our facilities and after verifying its correct condition (that there is no physical damage such as stains or tears), we will proceed to refund the money through the payment method used in the purchase by the customer, within a period of no more than 7 days as of the receipt of the product.

To return an order from the Pikolin brand, you can contact us through our contact form and our Customer Service team will be happy to help.

Bear in mind that Pikolin reserves the right to add a surcharge to the return for cleaning the product if it has been unpackaged or damaged after its delivery. Remember that Pikolin reserves the right to add an extra cost to the return of the product if it has been unsealed or has suffered damage after delivery (stains, if it has suffered damage after delivery, etc.). Pikolin reserves the right to add a maximum return cost of 20€ (VAT included). We will refund the amount once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and we have checked that they are in good condition. You will also be responsible for any extraordinary logistical costs for the removal of the goods (e.g. crane, special means, etc.) of which you will be informed in advance. Pikolin will assume the return costs in cases of defective products when the guarantee is applied. You can consult the guarantee here.

Cancellations and returns of Pikolin Home branded products

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must wait until it arrives and then process a return by contact us through our contact form.

Returns

To return a Pikolin Home product, contact us through our contact form. indicating the order number and the article. The return period is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The product and its accessories must be in perfect condition, without signs of use or deterioration, and be contained in appropriate packaging for transport. Once the goods have been received, we will check that they are in the correct condition and proceed to process the refund in accordance with the method of payment used by the customer. This will be done within a period of no more than 30 calendar days from receipt.

If the return is due to an error on the part of Pikolin Home: defective products, items that do not correspond to the description, broken packaging or excessive delay in delivery, we will send a carrier to collect the product and we will bear the shipping costs to our facilities.

If the product is not to your liking, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. During this period, you will be able to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price and the shipping costs to your home address. However, the customer will be responsible for the delivery of the package to our facilities and for any associated postage cost.

Returns of Micuna brand products

Returns

The customer may return a Micuna product within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the order. The product must be packaged and in perfect conditions. To return a Micuna product, you must manage the return through our contact form.

If the product has bumps due to transportation, the affected part will be replaced, not the entire product. It is important to check the status of the order's packages/packaging upon receipt. In case of receiving any damaged package or packaging, you must indicate it on the delivery note and notify us of the incident through our contact form at the following address.

To accept the return, the customer must keep the product with its original box and accessories together with the original packaging with which the order was received, including the manuals with all the labels attached (without having been removed from the product) and the guarantee documents. Accessories also include the fittings provided with the product for the correct assembly of the furniture. In addition, the customer will prepare the product so that its return is carried out safely with the necessary guarantees and the returned product is received in perfect conditions. The customer must seal the box and stick the corresponding labels of the transport agency for its return.

The product must be returned unused and without signs of use, scratches, tears or damage. Once the product has been received at our facilities and after verifying its correct condition (that there is no physical damage such as stains or tears), we will proceed to refund the money through the payment method used in the purchase by the customer, within a period of no more than 7 days as of the receipt of the product. The return shipping costs are borne by the user. You must bear such costs, which will range from 10 to 15 euros.

Bear in mind that Pikolin reserves the right to add a surcharge to the return for cleaning the product if it has been unpackaged or damaged after its delivery.
